Here are the recipes of our Gastronomic Fair (1 February 2019).

Here is a recipe of pangiallo. We hope you like it!

Pangiallo Ingedients for 8 people

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr flour
  • 300 gr dark chocolate bar
  • 200 gr dried figs
  • 100 gr almonds
  • 80 gr Acacia honey
  • 100 gr walnuts
  • 100 gr hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder Minced
  • lemon skin

 

 

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C .
  2. Melt honey in a bain-marie.
  3. Chop carefully dried figs, almonds, pine nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts and the dark chocolate bar.
  4. Place the mix in a bowl and add flour, cocoa powder, minced lemon skin and honey.
  5. Mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
  6. Shape small rounded loaves.
  7. Put the loaves on a tray covered with baking paper.
  8. Bake the Pangiallo loaves for about 40 minutes.
  9. Enjoy the taste!!
