Here is a recipe of pangiallo. We hope you like it!
Pangiallo Ingedients for 8 people
Ingredients:
500 gr flour
300 gr dark chocolate bar
200 gr dried figs
100 gr almonds
80 gr Acacia honey
100 gr walnuts
100 gr hazelnuts
1 tbsp cocoa powder Minced
lemon skin
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180° C .
Melt honey in a bain-marie.
Chop carefully dried figs, almonds, pine nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts and the dark chocolate bar.
Place the mix in a bowl and add flour, cocoa powder, minced lemon skin and honey.
Mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
Shape small rounded loaves.
Put the loaves on a tray covered with baking paper.
Bake the Pangiallo loaves for about 40 minutes.
Enjoy the taste!!
